Clients want to be heard and understood, to have their needs immediately and efficiently addressed and to establish a relationship of trust with their attorney.  Our firm recognizes the client's time is as important as our own.  Our firm will meet the needs of our clients by returning calls within a reasonable time.  We dedicate the time and resources necessary to assist our clients and provide them with enough information to make informed decisions about their case.

     While the practice of law is a creative and highly individualized profession, our firm recognizes that the purchasers of legal services are under increasing pressure to insure they are receiving the maximum return on the dollars they spend.  To assure that the quality of representation is not compromised by rate considerations, the firm looks for ways to reduce the cost of delivering legal services.

     Our firm has limited its representation of clients to several key areas based on the individual partner's experience.  John C. Collins is a former police officer, alcohol education instructor, and prosecutor.  Based on those experiences he has limited his representation to clients with cases involving criminal law.  Brandi Collins was formerly an in-house attorney for a group of businesses and has experience in contract formation, business start-up, corporate formation, and business litigation.  Ms. Collins focuses primarily on issues involving business law and contract formation.   Both attorneys work together on each case to make certain that each client is receiving the best representation possible.  This joint effort has also been helpful in that each partner obtains training in the other's area of concentration.  This allows the attorneys to handle a wider variety of cases.
